Ascend United Launches New Service
Ever wonder if your collection agency is doing their best work for you? Wonder if they could do better or charge a lower commission? Do they even do what they say they do? Is managing your agency taking too much of your time?
Ascend United (AU) has launched what we call Collection Agency Management System or CAMS. CAMS is a complete system that allows our clients to be seen as large and important to the agency, gives you fair and equitable collection contracts which contain performance goal that are enforced by AU and, in many cases, allows our clients a significant savings in fees. Our clients are also relieved of the day to day management duties required of third-party collections.
Our fees are very simple and likely lower than you currently pay. If your current agreement calls for more than twenty-two percent (22%) or if you pay a monthly per-account charge on "Early-Out" or "Pre-Charge off" accounts, you can probably realize a significant savings with our program. Our Post-Charge off fees are a flat thirty-five percent (35%) of gross collections. No placement fees, no confusing, graduated fee structures or hidden costs. If we don't successfully collect on your accounts, it costs you nothing!
This Third-Party Management System comes to you on CD-ROM and in an example binder which has all of the forms and documents you need to have a top-notch and rigorous management system for keeping track of things such as license and bonding expirations, performance statistics, contracts, audits, insurance coverage and much, much more.
